From inspecting fire alarm systems, extinguishers, e-lights, and hoses to servicing and repairing systems of all sizes. His proficiency extends beyond mere maintenance; Shawn is also adept at system installations and has lent his talents to the design department, utilizing AutoCAD to create a variety of drawings. Factory trained in various systems, Shawn's technical prowess is matched only by his dedication to safety. A proven leader in health and safety, Shawn served on the Health and Safety Committee , holding JHSC certification. Furthermore, his role as Union Steward, underscores his commitment to workplace advocacy. Prior to his current role, Shawn served as Project Manager and Lead Designer, where he oversaw projects and designs utilizing the Autocall product. With Shawn's expertise and leadership, our company remains at the forefront of fire safety solutions.

With a career spanning over 15 years, Brad's journey began in 2009, where he delved into the intricacies of fire safety. From inspecting fire alarm systems, extinguishers, e-lights, and hoses to seamlessly transitioning into the service division, Brad's commitment to excellence has always been evident. His expertise extends beyond mere maintenance; Brad is also well-versed in system installations, ensuring the seamless integration of fire alarm solutions. Factory trained in various systems, Brad's technical proficiency is matched only by his dedication to quality. A seasoned negotiator, Brad played a pivotal role in union contract negotiations , showcasing his leadership and advocacy skills. Brad recently took on the role of Installation Technician, where he oversaw the installation of Autocall products of all sizes. Additionally, he served as a Service Technician, adept at repairing a wide array of systems.
